我在使用TPS79133的时候，当管脚EN为3.7V的时候，VCC的电压为3.28V ，当EN管脚为0V时，VCC也为0V。
这个和IC的资料为什么是相反的呢？

你是指芯片EN为3.7V是芯片OUT有输出3.28V， 而EN为0V是芯片OUT有输出0V吗？
这确实和datasheet描述相反，并且是不对的。
请问你的芯片是哪里买的？ 100%都这样吗？

建议在TI网站上申请免费样片确认，或者找TI授权代理商申请/购买。
（电子市场假货很多，TI确认芯片质量的唯一标准是进货渠道，需要找TI授权代理商购买。 我印象中之前遇到一个和你一样的情况，后来确认是芯片）
