要求：便宜
1）、输入范围达到5~40V，单路输出应用5V，电流1A就够；
2）、输入5V左右，输出4路满足：3.3V@0.5A、1.2V@1A、1.8V@1A、2.3V@2.5A；
一定要便宜，求推荐。

TL2575-ADJ, TPS54140，LM25010 都相对偏低，但是注意这些芯片都不能实现100%duty，所以最低输入电压不能是5V， 你需要提升一些输入电压。

单个芯片实现4个DC/DC降压，同时满足电流需求（不建议用LDO,功耗太大）这样的芯片应该是没有的，能否用2个芯片来做？
可以啊，用两个，有什么推荐吗？
也就是输入5V，输出3.3/1.2/1.8/2.3V其中的两个；
还真找到一个4路DC/DC的, TPS65400: http://www.ti.com.cn/cn/lit/ds/symlink/tps65400.pdf 价格也不贵。（相比2片DC/DC应该是便宜的）
