用TPS5430把电压从12V降到5V，同时在5V上有一个LDO输出3.3V，此3.3V上的电容有1000多uF，当3.3V的LDO使能时，5V会有一个大的波动，最高达到5.7V，最低有4.4V，现在3.3V的LDO在另外一块板子上没法改，有什么方法使5V的波动幅度减小，最高到5.2V，最低4.6V。
