用TPS61175这类电流限制较大的升压芯片来做，既通过boost升压，也通过chargepump得到负压。电路可以参照TPS61170的：
或者用回扫式稳压器来做： （只需要增加变压器匝比，增加到1：7左右）

会有差别，不过差别不大，即使你负载一样，设定电压跟你实际得到的电压也有差别，谢谢。
