原理图PCB都是设计参考TI的

第一个问题：轻载时输出正常3.33V，但是在测量VFB电压时电感开始啸叫，输出电压也变得不正常，然后调整负载或者关闭输入电源重新打开输入电源则又恢复正常。

第二个问题：输出电流最大为0.65A，如果继续减小负载，输出电压掉的特别多。PCB设计及参数参考手册。
