我现在在做一个充电电路板，面积21*25mm，充电电流设定为800mA。
现在用它给3.5V的锂电池充电， 充电电流实测 810mA，芯片表面温度超过了65度，而且PCB表面也很烫。
想问一下有没有更好的方法提升散热效果。
我用的0.8mm的PCB，cu厚65微米。
或者有其他更合适的芯片适合我的应用。
