可以用webench再确认一下电路，主要是确认一下环路补偿，因为你提到3A以上就电感啸叫，但是饱和电流看起来是够的。
也建议你确认一下电感，建议选择DCR尽力小的电感，可以将频率适当做高一点，例如200kHz. 有条件实际测试一下电感的饱和电流，看是否如规格书规格（或者选择你曾经用过的电感，确保质量没有问题，即饱和电流足够）
