使用TPS5460，输入电压24V，输出12V ，4A，电路如下：
现在输出带3欧，100W水泥电阻，测量发现，输出端电压从11.95V到5V左右不停地跳变，请给予支持。
1.用示波器测量SW管脚，在电感33uH的时候，波形如下：
负载是3欧，100W。
电容参考的事SLVy863里面24V 转5V的 TPS54560EVM-515 Schematic电路做的。
EVM手册里面的C5是4700pF，等效4.7nF，不是4.7uF
