BQ76930和BQ76940短路保护实验的时候，采取直接将电池的正负直接短路（中间不加空开等保护措施），MOS的驱动波形，关断结束时间是20us(关断期间波形有震荡)，但是造成了的MOS烧坏，请问各位大神造成管子烧坏主要原因是什么呢？？？
