Max error can change if passed charge exceeds a cycle count threshold and your conditions do not allow for a Qmax update. For every cycle without a Qmax update Max error will increase by cycle delta

Each increment of CycleCount() after valid QMax update will increment of MaxError() by Cycle Delta. Setting this parameter to 0 disables the MaxError() increment by time or cycle increment.
