输入电容太大，但是电源接口必须为DC005，插电一瞬间有大火花，怎么限制上电电流？

我的设备要驱动的多个小电机，因此输入电容比较大，大概8000uf，导致上电的时候有电火花，设备持续最大电流大约3A，电压24V，请问能不能用MOS管做一个延时启动电路，让上电的瞬间不会产生大火花，我参考了一个NMOS的延时启动电路图纸，发现没什么用，不知道是不是哪里弄错了。参考的wenku.baidu.com/.../98ab63ade53a580216fcfee6.html
