bq25570EVM评估版上的R10和R9导致输出电压只有1.8V，但是我看文档最开始说

The boost charger output is configured to deliver up to 4.2-V maximum voltage to its output, VSTOR, using external resistors.

升压可以达到4.2V以上，这两个点在一起没明白，能不能帮忙解释一下呢？谢谢
