您好，我在使用LM2700MTX-ADJ从8V升压到12V时，发生多起上电瞬间芯片烧毁的问题，至今未找到具体原因。
请TI工程师帮忙分析下。

坏掉的芯片，测量vin，sw等引脚，对地都没有短路情况

烧毁发生在板子上，选择的电感饱和电流大于2.5A，输出用来给LCD背光供电，LCD手册显示最大背光电流633mA。按道理这个电路不会出现电流饱和。
