给BQ40Z50 发送LED亮灯的Enable和Toggle指令，都有相应应答，但LED灯不亮。
1。给地址0x16发送0x00/0x00/0x27/PEC
2。给地址0x16发送0x00/0x00/0x2B/PEC
Toggle波形分别如下所示（Enable指令和Toggle一样，只是0x27/PEC不同）：
