BQ27542-G1: 用户使用时偶然性出现这种SCL拉低锁住问题

我们现在遇到一个很奇怪的现象，我们的带电量计bq27542-G1电池出货给客户，客户装到机器使用一段时间后，

发现电池的SCL引脚自动拉低锁住，导致主机不能和电池通讯，无法开机。系统端通讯上拉电压是3.3V，实际测量是 2.98V。


此种问题通过把电池拔开或者将SDA引脚拉低，电池的SCL恢复正常状态。

TI的工程师们，这种问题是什么引起的，如何解决，期待你的回答，谢谢。
