这是芯片内部做个一个供电电路，主要给驱动以及内部电路供电，而不可能直接用高达36V的Vin来直接给芯片内部供电。
而作为LDO, 输入电压如高达36V，而输出只有3V左右，压差太大时容易造成很大功耗，所以会在输出电压适合的情况下在启动后采用输出电压供电，以降低LDO输入输出压差，从而降低芯片功耗。
