从使用指南中看用的系统的windowxp, 用window10或者其他系统应该是有差异的。E2E上应该有这个设备的工程师可以帮到你。
是烧录UCD3138 IC ,系统一直都是用着WIN7 32位,看第三个情况是 一开始20年的产品拆开产品和目前买的拆开电路板上的电阻是不同的,是否你们的产品更改了电阻导致这样的故障发生,请帮助我解答问题,因为我去不了美国的E2E,打不开尝试很多次了,请帮助我解决问题

美国那边也一直没有回复。
我觉得可能是软件的问题,但是我们没法解决,TI在数字电源程序方面TI以前都不提供程序的,也基本上没有任何文档的讲解,一般我们也都是到美国E2E上去问。
