这里应该是考虑了100mV的迟滞，因为1.35V是电压上升，如果电压下降导致欠压，规格就是1.35-0.1=1.25V.

比如刚开机,这个时候VCC上升,那就要1.35V才能打开(而且实测下来也要大于1.35V才开机),如果按datasheet中的例子，
取9.5V现在实测下来是不能开机的,要比如10V左右才开机.
电压上升时是1.35V， 电压下降时是1.25V， 并且这些都是典型值，所以都是有上下限的，所以实测都是并非典型值计算出的结果，都应该是一个范围。
