这个电路，效率只有44%，我调了频率，调成100khz，把D1摘掉，现在效率68%，我的期望是80%，请问大神我该怎么调

D1是必须去掉的，另外影响频率的因素有，选择尽量小Qg， Rdson的MOS, 以及饱和电流足够并且尽量低DCR的功率电感。
另外你的反馈已经补偿(FB/COMP)电路设计也建议参考datasheet来做。
如果希望效率尽量靠一些，可以选择同步芯片来做，例如LMR16030, 效率可以做到90%左右。电路可以直接借助webench仿真获得，相对TPS40200设计起来要简单得多。
