To get a value of VCS = 200 mV VIADJ must be set to 2 V.  要获得VCS = 200 mV, VIADJ必须设置为2V。

如单片机IO端口电压为3.3V，没有分压电阻，是不是可以认为VIadj=3.3V来计算Rcs。

还是说不能这么做，必须分压来实现。
