一般LDO损坏都是过压，因为过载都会保护。
但是从你描述看5.5V输入距离16V的输入上限很远，不应该是过压。
请问你是哪种封装？SOT23,还是WSON? 不良率多少？
SOT23，失效率30%，100Pcs
