请问，Xilinx的开发板ZC702，ucd9248控制PTD08d210W模块电压，PTD的B路没有电压输出是怎么回事？U21和U19本应输出2.5V和1.5V，但是输出的分别为0.25V和0V ,也没有发生短路，用TI USB重新烧录了程序，结果还是一样。

另外，测试了UCD的3.3V是正常的，如果PTD损坏，根据哪个引脚可以判断？
