When you use the GPCRB tool it is optimizing for the data provided, with this kind of low temperature any small changes can impact accuracy greatly, it is tuned for that specific pack to get the highest accuracy, when it is used with other packs at this low of a temperature I would expect the variation in cells to lead to a couple percent error
