进入省电关机模式的条件有5个：

1、最小单节电压<省电关机电压；2、RSOC=0%；3、检测到有效的OCV，REST置1；

4、NoLoadRemCap() ≤ PS No Load Res Cap；5、放电MOS管关闭后，Pack电压<充电器检测电压；

但是 NoLoadRemCap()是什么意思？电池包没有接上负载时的剩余容量吗？是怎么计算的？
