TPS65100有几个压无法稳定

我用TPS65100搭了个电路，驱动一个天马的8寸屏（和群创是一样的），电路按数据手册的推荐。

输出电压分别是：12.5V，22V，－7V，4V，3.3V

现在的问题是空载时，电压都正常；

接上屏后，只有12.5V和3.3V电压是正常的，其它几个电压都低到几乎没了。22V只有2.3V左右，另两个在0V附近。

这是怎么回事呢？
