Over the 6 days is there any self discharge or loads on the battery? From the chem ID report it looks like it was a good match so the relaxed voltage should correlate with less than 2% max error. Can they share a short log of before and after so we can see all the registers from the test? What makes them think that the RSOC is not actually 93% due to self discharge/system load?
