UCC27323/4/5的PDF中说N/C引脚No connection: Must be grounded.，而TI的很多参考运用UCC27324的N/C脚都悬空，那么UCC27324的N/C到底是接地还是悬空呢？还有我现在想在UCC27324前级加6N137光耦隔离，6N137输出0-5V的PWM，不知道与UCC27324会不会有阻抗匹配问题？
