我们最近检测了REF1933AIDDCT，三个批次DC:2136/ DC:2207/ DC:2247，检测了一共四片样品，可焊性测试的成功率都在95%以下，其中2207的覆盖面是84% &93.75%，DC2247的覆盖面93%，DC2136的覆盖面只有70%。请问这个是正常的吗？
还有DC2207的一片电流测试也没通过，Low Vref output Vref =3.29329V / Low Vbias output Vbias =1.64672V ， 这种不良率也是正常的吗?

We test 4 pieces, moved 4 pieces to test the output Vref and Vbias voltage.
Found 3 pieces passed that the Vref was within 3.2967V to 3.3033V and the Vbias was within 1.64835V to
1.65165V, but 1 piece failed that the Vref was less than 3.2967V and the Vbias was less than 1.64835V.
Parts Passed XRF, Failed Solderability test.
