BQ76200: BQ76200怎么在典型电压100V(24串)电池PACK驱动MOSFET

Part Number: BQ76200

设计了24串锂电池BMS采样系统,但是还要设计MOSFET充放电电路 ,所以使用了之前设计用的BQ76200;

设计完了之后发现BQ76200最大电压100V,因为充电泵电容电压会加14V左右,推荐电压75V ;

但是24串PACK电压100V ,已经超出了额定范围电压,怎么再不替换BQ76200的情况下安全使用BQ76200驱动MOSFET?

求大佬指点!!

  • 您好,The BQ76200 has a 100V abs max on the highest pins.  Leaving about 16V for the charge pump voltages with variation in operating conditions would put the maximum BAT+ voltage at 84V.  You will need some budget for transients on BAT+ and PACK+ also.  For lower voltage cells and quiet environments it may work acceptably, but e-bikes are traditionally a noisy environment.  Certainly check the system specifications and budget, but the BQ76200 may not be the best choice for a driver.

    You might look at isolated gate drivers, see options at http://www.ti.com/gatedrivers .  Some designers will design their own gate driver circuit for the voltage, or use low side switching and isolate the communication path.
