BQ40Z50-R1: 大放电电流下,RSOC为0时,总电压或任一单电芯电压都不到截至电压

我的设计参数以及截至电压参数如下:

在Golden Learning过程中以0.2C放电到RSOC=0时的电压状况如下:

第一次循环:Voltage=10787mV;Min_Cell=2647mV

第二次循环:Voltage=10812mV;Min_Cell=2645mV

学习时情况蛮合理的,某一电芯电压低于Term Min Cell时,RSOC=0;此时Voltage也比较接近Term Voltage

而导出量产文件后在重新刷量产文件到该电量计中,其中修改Qmax cycle=0;cycle count=0;Update Status=0x02以及Lifetime Reset,然后以0.5C充,以1C电流放电,做了3次充放循环,(gague_en是使能状态)

下面是放电到RSOC=0时的电压状况:

第一次放到RSOC=0:Voltage=12619mV;Min_Cell=3033mV

第二次放到RSOC=0:Voltage=12583mV;Min_Cell=3026mV

第三次放到RSOC=0:Voltage=12451mV;Min_Cell=2994mV

并且Qmax cycle=3;cycle count=3;Update Status=0x0e,难道只要使能gague_en就会更新阻抗表吗,不用relax吗,我充放电测试时间隔只有10min而已

所以现在怎么改善这种情况,是否要在学习时以想要实际工作时的电流作为放电电流才可以呢?
