2.请帮忙验证原理图设计是否有问题,有尝试在5、16脚串联10Ω电阻,效果并不好
3.为了排除可能存在的输入高压脉冲,尝试了并联TVS,效果也不是很好

您好,A short on Clamp 1 and Clamp 2 is indicating an over voltage condition on the input.
The circuit looks OK
Couple of things:
1.) Send data sheet on the coil for review
2.) Check voltage rating on capacitors on AC side, should be min of 25V.
3.) When does the fail occur?
Moving the RX from a weak coupling position to a good position will cause a voltage spike on input and possible damage.

CLAMP 1 / 2 are often active when the device is moved from a Poor coupling position to a Good coupling position. The AC 1 / 2 signal will go from normal to very high.
