你好!

当我用命令0x000F进入deepsleep模式后,设置的REG0关闭输出。使用命令后确实进入了休眠,而且REG0也关闭了,但是我使用0x000E命令退出deepsleep时,它读取的电压值不会发生改变依然是进入休眠之前的数据,这样看来这个命令是没有作用的,但是我将TS2拉高短暂时间在拉低后这样做能够唤醒,这样看来是貌似是由dwepsleep进入了shut down模式,但是此时的Vbat电压是大于Vporta-Vpora_hys的,我想请问器件是进入了shut down模式了吗,或者是其它问题。谢谢!

  • 您好,The best indicator for SHUTDOWN having occurred is to view the REG18 voltage. This pin will always be 1.8V unless the device is in SHUTDOWN. Once it enters SHUTDOWN, the pin will go to 0V. Monitoring this voltage would be the best way to determine whether it enters SHUTDOWN. Similarly (but not as consistent if TS2 is set as a thermistor) is to measure the voltage of the TS2 pin. It should be 5V in SHUTDOWN and close to 0V while in operation.

  • 您好,芯片进入shutdown mode REG18输出0V。

    Entering SHUTDOWN mode:

    There are many different methods to initiate the SHUTDOWN sequence.  If any one of the conditions listed below are met—either a user action or fault—the device will initiate the SHUTDOWN sequence.

    Conditions to initiate SHUTDOWN sequence:

    • User action:
      • SHUTDOWN command given
      • RST_SHUT pin driven HIGH for ≥ 1s
    • Faults:
      • Low VBAT voltage (BAT pin voltage falls below VPORA – VPORA_HYS)
      • Low stack voltage (set by Power:Shutdown:Shutdown Stack Voltage)
      • Low minimum cell voltage (set by Power:Shutdown:Shutdown Cell Voltage)
      • Over-temperature
        • Set by Power:Shutdown:Shutdown Temperature
        • Set by Settings:Configuration:Power Config[OTSD]
      • Internal memory failure

  • 您好,According to Table 9-2. Command/Subcommand Operation Time in the TRM, the "Time to Complete Operation (Approximate)" for the 0x0099 SLEEP_ENABLE() command is 500 us, and the "Time to Complete Operation (Approximate)" for the 0x009A SLEEP_DISABLE() command is also 500us. 

    This timing concerns just the time for the actual command, however.  Table 6-9. Timing of Events in the TRM also mentions that evaluating entering or exiting SLEEP mode happens every 1 second.  Although the TRM does not mention how long the actual transition from SLEEP to NORMAL mode (and vice versa) takes, but we can assume it is very fast.
