您好，The only two requirements for Auto_Ship are AUTO_SHIP_EN = 1 and Auto Ship Time expires. There are however a long list of requirements to enter SLEEP from NORMAL mode including many safety alerts being clear. If you could provide a screenshot of the registers tab of BQStudio right before you stop communicating I can also check to see if any of these conditions may be preventing the device from entering SLEEP at all.
