LM5116: -15.6V负电源输出,电源纹波超过仿真值

本设计采用LM5116实现负电源-15.6V 1.5A输出,输入24V,期望得到电源纹波30mv VPP的电源,实际测试结果超过仿真值。TI Power Designer 仿真原理图如下:

设计原理图如下所示:

实际测试纹波波形如下所示:空载,纹波为60mv(250kHz 黄色波形为DCDC输出,紫色波形为LDO输出)

0.5A电流负载,纹波为78.3mv(250kHz 黄色波形为DCDC输出,紫色波形为LDO输出)

1.2A电流负载,纹波为117mv(250kHz 黄色波形为DCDC输出,紫色波形为LDO输出)

测试结果与仿真结果差异较大,辛苦帮忙确定LM5116 负电源纹波测试结果是否正常。如果不正常,辛苦给出测试排查方法?如何优化输出纹波。
