TPS6594-Q1: Using Scalable-PMICs-GUI tool to link TPS6534-Q1 Unable to connect to Page0 ，NVM cannot be burned

1、PMICA is TPS65941213；PMICB is TPS65941111

2、Scalable-PMICs-GUI version is 3.0.0

3、PB2 (SCL) and PB3 (SDA) linked to I2C1 of PMIC A using MSP-EXP432E401Y; PB2 (SCL) and PB3 (SDA) are pull-up to VCCA_3V3 using 10K ohm resistors

4、MSP-EXP432E401Y can connect to PMICA but cannot burn NVM configuration; As shown in the following picture；Unable to connect to Page0
