TPS54260不能正确输出设计电压的问题
我采用TPS54260将12V降压成3.8V，按照手册上的参考数值设计的电路，但是没办法输出3.8V的电压，用万用表测量在0-1V之间不断跳变，大部分时间处于接近0的电压，有时候会调到1V左右，手上没示波器，没办法测量详细波形，有大佬帮忙看看是啥问题嘛，第一次设计开关电源。
PCB原图被我删了，现在只有实物图，B360在背面，因为公司没有B360，我用的B340A代替的，但都是肖特基二极管，这个会有影响吗
