第一次设计ACDC,按UCC28720EVM-212上提供的电路画了PCB图,第一版画的PCB图能输出5V的电压,第二版画的PCB图就一直输不出5V的电压,测其1脚VDD,一直有波峰21V,波谷8V的电压波形输出,请问我是否该从1脚上连接的电阻和电容大小下手呢?谢谢!
