这款在设计调试阶段，发现不充电。
测试如下
电池15.3V，充电电源20V
PIN4 25.5V
PIN5 3.3V
PIN6 在2.8V
V_SYS 20V，说明前端2个MOS管都导通了
PIN23为0V（示波器），这样下管G开关没有脉冲打开
PIN24 6V
PIN26 15.3V，PIN27为15.3V（示波器测试的），这里似乎应该是电荷泵开关，电感储能给电池充电，实际是直流（等于电池电压）
PIN18 15.3V
