如上有两组电源，VIN1是电池供电12V~16V， VIN2是5V供电， 目前设计的是两种电源自由切换，高电压优先供电；
1、只有VIN1 输出VIN1，若再接入VIN2, 则输出VIN1
2、只有VIN2，输出VIN2，若再接入VIN1, 则输出VIN1
3、VIN1、VIN2同时存在， 输出VIN1;
