SMEN使能 smoothing 的功能。基本上，在启用 smoothing 的情况下，我们使用一个不同的 charge accumulation register （所有内部 registers，不可见），它没有添加 self discharge。
启用平滑后，芯片会切换为始终使用平滑的累积值，因此可以有效地绕过自放电。
