如果OUT接负载电容，按SLEEP状态上电直接会触发SLEEP下的OC（250mA），是不是SLEEP状态不能作为上电用？

是的，睡眠会立即触发OC（250mA）锁定控制器。SLEEP状态不能用于电源开启。
谢谢！还有一个问题，我看datasheet说进入sleep状态需要95uS，可测试波形上看，不到4uS就关掉外置MOS开关，不是95uS啊？
