用tps61197设计LED驱动板，上电测试，无法升压，用示波器测量GDRV脚，没有波形，同时REF和comp pin没有电压，
VDD电压有输出且正常吗，请问是怎么回事。
亲；建议查一下电路，直觉你的电路有虚焊或短路可能。
ref和comp都没有电压，芯片都没正常活过来。看看是否有焊接问题，或PCB 布线错误。
