如下图,输入60V,输出55V,3A恒流,为了得到较小纹波,输出电容约0.7UF,采用并联FET 高频调光,当SDIM输入频率大于10KHZ时,发现由于输出电容原因,导致输出电压上升缓慢,PWM精度差,减小输出电容到0.1UF也是如此,而且输出纹波变大,请问需要并联FET约30KHZ高频率调光,纹波约5%时,应该如何改进电路?
输出电压波形如下图,PWM输出上升缓慢达10uS,如下图,PWM频率15K,占空比50%
