这个MLO测试一下, 填写自己的芯片参数, 如果能算出ratio value, 应该就能用.
对于AM335x,应该可以并联２个DDR3, 因为有２对dqs信号.

芯片工作没有问题，但是uboot死活只能认出来512M，不管怎么折腾。你是遇到啥问题了？
