有关tvp5150输出的视频上下抖动的问题

    tvp5150am1+4412做一路视频采集，pal制视频源，tvp5150配制成autoswitch，采用内同步，寄存器设置为｛0x0f,0x02｝,｛0x01,0x15｝,｛0x03,0x4f｝,｛0x04,0x00｝,｛0x0d,0x47｝其他的都是默认值。输出的图像（就是图中最下方的黑边）会上下抖动，能不能通过修改寄存器的值消除问题，谢谢！
