【刚开始用CCS没多久的小白一只】

1、用的是CCS6.1.2版本，debug模式下直接运行采样程序，采样频率很慢，用了free run也不是很满意，好像另有release模式可以优化程序，但是没有找到。。。请问应该在哪里设置呢？

2、用的板子是TMS320VC5505 eZDSP，目前的PLL是100MHz，请问可以设置成更高的频率吗？或者，在哪里可以看到配置的说明呢？
