I follow to download the image as you mention in the download link, and flash into the sd  card in SK-AM62-LP EVM Board, detail operation information as below:

I tried the same process flashed to two different types of sdcards, but both cards can boot my SK-AM62-LP properly, I am not sure how to replicate the issue on my side.

Can you please try a different type/brand of sdcard to see it still fails?

I am able to reproduce the problem with a different sdcard.

I tested with several sdcards which are the same brand/type as the one fails to boot, but all those cards can boot into U-Boot prompt properly. So basically I have only a single card which shows the problem.

Please try with different cards on your board to see if you still face the issue.
