跨屏布局：将生成的浮动窗口拖动到第二块显示器上，即可实现双屏独立显示不同代码文件或调试视图 。
实现需求：调试时，在同一个屏要同时打开【代码编辑】+【调试窗口】+【Graph】+【汇编窗口】等。太拥挤。当前的开发环境大多是多屏协助显示，所以跨屏布局，即能同时打开多个子窗口的功能非常必要，希望后面的版本能实现。

那要在后面的哪个版本会有【multiple windows功能】，我们现在是多个显示器，在单个窗口调试施展不开。因为没有【multiple windows功能】暂时还在使用ccs12.8的老版本。希望尽早增加【multiple windows功能】，谢谢！！！
