dm6467t是否支持上述压缩要求和什么设置有关系？
256*256,100fps，14位灰度值，使用H.264编码压缩。

H264标准编码输入应该是YUV420的，不是灰度。如果是8-bit灰度，你可以人工制造UV的值，但14-bi的灰度，无法保证14-bit的精度。
这样啊，那就悲剧了。是不是可以理解H264本身就不支持14bit的灰度？

H264编码输入是YUV420sp。Y是8-bit，U或者V也是8-bit，这是固定的。没有你说的这个灰度值参数。编码的参数请参考编码的user guide。
