AM335x NAND文件破坏问题

基于AM335x平台的项目做了一批板子(200片)，u-boot和操作系统等是固化在NANDFLASH中的。但是现场用了一段时间后出现了3块板子启动加载的问题，发现都是启动到u-boot这里就停止了，重新烧写u-boot到NAND后又正常跑起来了，请各位帮忙分析下，NAND中的u-boot部分坏掉的都有什么可能造成的呢?
